At The Cycle Workshop, we offer everything from a basic tune-up, through to our premium ‘Gold’ Service. Quality and accuracy is at the heart of everything we do. We treat your bike like we would our own.
In addition, The Cycle Workshop also offers a collection and return service, where we collect your bike from you, and return it once the work is done.

Main Service Options
3
The Gold Service
Giving your bike The Full Monty! This service is a full strip down of the bike to a bare frame. It includes everything needed to get your pride & joy back to how it once felt the day you wheeled it out of the shop!

Groupset Maintenance
The groupset is the heart of any road or gravel bike. There is nothing more satisfying than a crisp gear shift. But there is nothing more frustrating than a groupset with poor shifting. The result is grinding gears, a loss of power, and in some cases, a dropped chain.
The Cycle Workshop is equipped so service and maintain both mechanical and electric shifting systems, be it Shimano Di2, SRAM or Campagnolo.

If your wheels perform poorly, so do you. Any loss of performance at the wheel means the rider works harder, and the bike goes slower. So it's essential that wheels run true, and bearings roll freely.
The Cycle Workshop is equipped to service and maintain both alloy and carbon wheels, from brands including DT Swiss, Fulcrum, and HUNT.

Disc Brake Maintenance
For most road and gravel riders here in the UK, the introduction of hydraulic disc brakes has dramatically improved braking performance.
However, these advances in technology also mean braking systems require specialist tools and knowledge. Which you'll be glad to hear, is something The Cycle Workshop has!

As well as the more common jobs, like wheel repair, groupset maintenance, and brake bleeding, The Cycle Workshop can also undertake various smaller one-off jobs, including bottom bracket, headset, and drivetrain repair.
We have produced a list of the more common jobs, in order to provide a guideline of repair costs.
